THE HOOVER/NAAS PROPOSAL
  READERS BE ADVISED

As a result of a request from the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientist of British Columbia please be aware that Mr. Hoover and Mr. Naas are not registered professional engineers.  Both Mr. Hoover and Mr. Naas have post secondary schooling in Civil Engineering but never registered with the association.  All opinions, observations, ideas and conclusions expressed on this website and in our personal speaking engagements are based on our related education and over 70 years of combined experience in the field of construction, much of it in the lower mainland and in delta.  All final decisions and designs would have to be completed by a registered professional.
